Content Overview
This one-of-a-kind program is made up of four core components:
1. Commanding Group Communication
Managers learn to engage a group in person with confidence, clarity and influence while disrupting any psychological barrier to performance. They learn how to better handle the attention of the group, how to facilitate understanding, how to handle the subtleties of persuasion and how to better align the attitudes of the group to corporate goals.
Duration: 2 weeks (8 sessions)
Modality: In-person
2. The Online Manager
The pandemic lockdown shifted a big number of meetings to online. This component will maximize performance and effectiveness whether the manager is pitching a project, making a sale, luring investors, engaging customers or organizing his team.
Duration: 2 weeks (8 sessions)
Modality: On-line
3. Problem-Solving within a Corporate Structure
“I have a problem” must be the most feared opening conversation line. Market dynamics require a swift and strategic adaptation to the environment, where managers need to respond to unforeseen problems with an ecological view and need to be able to successfully coordinate their teams in the implementation of adaptive behavior. Our graduates learn to do both.
Duration: 2 weeks (8 sessions)
Modality: On-line
4. Management and Leadership
The administration of personnel requires a subtle understanding of the forces that shape behavior and compliance. This component will teach the new managers how to identify and use key factors that will make them the type of leaders their subordinates will follow no matter the challenges ahead.
Duration: 2 weeks (8 sessions)
Modality: In-person
